Pre-payment is required for all readings and consultations.

Payment can be made by Paypal or Square.

Once payment is received, I start working on your chart almost immediately.

I do not offer refunds (unless required by Australian Consumer Law).

If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your session is forfeited.

If given at least 24-hours notice, you can reschedule your appointment via the link on your booking confirmation.

If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. In this circumstance, you can choose to cancel your session and receive a full refund.

If you are running late, please be courteous and contact me by phone (0487 521 587). The end time of your session will not change.
